The caravan is double glazed and heated with fan heaters in each room.

The hut is the perfect retreat from the modern world and ideal for those looking to slow down. Highlights include the wood burner for keeping warm during the winter and the outdoor fire pit and tripod grill for cooking. There are lots of lovely walks on the farm and locally, along with a great pub. It is also 15 mins by car to the beach at Cooden, Bexhill.

Situated in a gorgeous country garden in an AONB there are fantastic walks as well as two good pubs in close proximity. It is near to Tunbridge Wells, Lewes, Eastbourne, Hastings, the South Downs and Sussex Coast and 25 minutes from Glyndebourne. N.B. tThe terrain is uneven & steps are steep without a handrail, the deck also has no railings.

With the exception of a bathroom - which is easily accessed in the house. You have your own private covered / sheltered outdoor space plus access to the yoga deck and garden. NB You need to be fit enough to climb in and out of the van and be able to access the bed above the cab. Refer to photos.

Wander through the orchards to Bodiam Castle; hire bikes or kayaks; go wild swimming; take a ferry ride down the river; hop on a steam train; tour the local vineyards; try your hand at archery or just relax by your campfire & enjoy the peaceful countryside. Our onsite cafe, The Hub, is open daily, offering delicious food & drink & free wifi.
