宽敞的休闲Loft，带喷射式浴缸

A typically newyorkan style semi-loft space, the property is located in one of the very best areas in Barcelona - at walking distance from the city centre, the city’s main avenue Paseo de Gracia and Gaudi’s famous buildings. Enchanting and welcoming, the loft is divided in two main areas - a wide sitting/dining room with integrated kitchen on one hand and open space bedroom and bathroom on the other. By the way, you don't want to forget to take a nice relaxing long bath! You know why? The bathroom will surprise you with a fabulous Jacuzzi! Thick brick walls, high ceilings with fully restored rustic Catalan wooden elements add onto the property that special note of history and character that makes it unique. The deco is vintage while it benefits of great interior natural light thanks to the exterior balconies on two sides - overlooking Aribau Street. The furniture varies from vintage items to unique pieces I found in antiques markets and I then personally restored, to a few modern units - all in all giving the place a personal charm! The flat sleeps up to 4 people thanks to its very comfortable sofa bed. Nevertheless, don't forget that the space is limited and a good degree of friendship is required to share a reduced space! The flat is fully equipped and you will need to bring but your suitcase to come and enjoy your stay in Barcelona! It has all been sorted for you: bathroom towels, bedding, air/con, central heating, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, etc, are included! On top of that you will find available some of the basic kitchen ingredients like milk, bread, sugar, salt, olive oil...and....surprise!...a bottle of local wine ...to get you nicely relaxed on your holiday! I am a mum of two - so should you need any baby equipment - no need to travel it over - I could help with that! Before arrival I will send you an email with my best recommendations on the local cultural and gastronomical offer. I will be happy to help you through any doubts or questions you may have about your stay - so to make sure that you truly and utterly can concentrate on just enjoying your visit! A last important note! Aribau Street is well known for its restaurants, bars and liveliness! At times it can be noisy. But no worries! The flat is fully sound proof! It is a neighborhood with a lot of life, bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

120m2 loft apartment in a rise penthouse in the heart of Barcelona (Eixample neighborhood right) 7 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, and 10 minutes from the monuments of Gaudi. Tetuan is the nearest metro station (200m) and also Arc de Triomf. Quiet neighborhood in the city center. Equipped with central heating and air conditioning, internet, sunny terrace of 20m2, two full bathrooms and rooms for 5 people. Sheets and towels are included. Martina will explain you what to visit and where to eat.

You will find various handmade elements from around the world, carefully picked from my travels. Perfectly located between the emblematic Plaza España and the famous Gothic quarter of Barcelona. Loft studio in an artistic and design workshop in an environment that breathes art and tranquility. Located in the center of Sant Cugat del Vallès and a few minutes from downtown Barcelona. Sant Cugat has not lost the charm of the town, from where you can escape to Barcelona, rest on the beaches from the coast or discover a Catalan icon: the mountain of Montserrat. You can forget your car from here since, in rush hour every 3 minutes a train passes that leaves us in downtown Barcelona.

Hello and welcome home! Between Barcelona and now the south of France I leave the care of this magical place to you when I'm not there. A design Atico with a splendid 360º view of the city and the Sagrada familia! With a beautiful tree-lined terrace and a balcony on the opposite side. Crossing apartment on the top floor (8th) overlooking an interior patio on the Terrace side then the street and the roofs on the other. Charming, not overlooked, very sunny, very rare in Barcelona.
