This house is in the gated community of Playa El Tunco. The home is a 2 minute walk to the beach and far enough to not be disturbed by the clubs downtown on the weekends. It is well shaded by mango trees and is a very relaxing place to be. Come sip your morning coffee and listen to the birds sing. The river is across the street. There is access from the Calle Principal. There are plenty of restuarants and bars within walking distance. There are tiendas that sell local produce and things to cook.

Shakti Surf Loft

This open-concept loft in El Zonte offers stylish seclusion, just steps from the surf. With fast Wi-Fi, it’s perfect for remote work, while the spacious patio provides a great spot to relax. For larger groups, you can book the downstairs Shiva Surf Loft for extra space. The loft includes a king-size bed (or two singles), with an option for a third bed, making it ideal for couples or friends. Located on the second floor, it has air conditioning, a full kitchen, bathroom, desk, and a cozy couch.

Walking distance from Plaza Merliot Mall where you can find anything you may need during your stay such as essentials, supermarket, and food spots. This place is a short 5 minute drive from Multiplaza and La Gran Via where you’ll find movie theaters, shopping and restaurants. In addition, you can catch some views of the city by going to one of the restaurant up in the mountains which is a 15 minute drive. Location is special.

Epic Casas is a beachfront stay in El Zonte with 6 unique units. You’ll have an oceanview pool, 1 private and 2 shared kitchens, fast Wi-Fi, and spaces to relax, work, or connect. Check-in is fully automatic, and our cleaning staff lives across the street in case you need anything. At the moment, we don’t have private parking, but you can safely park right in front of the property. El Salvador is currently one of the safest countries in Latin America, so you can feel calm and at home.
