Boasting its historic clocktower, the Writer's Cottage includes a comfortable sitting room, spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, and three bedrooms.

Situated in Peldon village, recently named as "the village of the year", 4 miles away from the beach where you can take nice long walks along the coastline.

Moments from the beach our holiday home is a cosy, well equipped, 3 bedroomed 35 ft static caravan with leisure decking. Sited in a quiet location on West Mersea's Waldegraves Holiday Park. Beautiful sea views, amazing sunsets and a private garden to unwind and relax in. The Park's facilities/entertainment for families are near at hand. Seafood has been Mersea's speciality since the Roman times. Colchester, a short drive away offers a wide variety of leisure and entertainment venues.

2000 sq foot semi detached (north wing) 100 year old recotry on a private estate. And yes that’s a woodburner you can see in the photo and yes you can use it :-))) The gorgeous pool is shared with two other properties and you can use it any time between 10-6pm daily. Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.
