Enjoy walks on our private 25 hectare seaside estate or just lay back on our large terrace enjoying stunning sea views and sunsets. It truly is a paradise for bird and nature lovers. The house is newly renovated (2020) and there is dining and sleeping facilities for up to 12 persons. We are ideally located to visit all west cost highlights of Estonia (Pärnu, Haapsalu- 60km drive) (Muhu and Saaremaa ferry 15km drive)

To maintain the harmonious atmosphere, excess use of alcohol is forbidden in our property, also this is not a place for loud music and parties!]]

Lohjaoja holiday home is located in Lahemaa, surrounded by sea, old port, forest, stream and a lake. When booking our cozy home, you'll also have a beautiful sauna house, combined with a big terrace. In summer you can go bicycling or hiking to discover all nearby places, you can pick berries and mushrooms from the forest. In the sauna house, there’s everything available for a good barbecue. In winter you can go skiing on the sea, enjoy the sauna and jump into snow :)

Staying in this mini sauna cabin (20 m²) you can enjoy a view of the river, listen to the sounds of nature or take a walk to the seaside (20 min) After sauna session you can relax in the hot tub. (without bubbles) On rainy days, you can explore Netflix on 55" TV or play board games. Its possible to also use bicycles. Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.

Wake up to birdsong and gentle river views in a cozy sauna house by the Pirita River. Surrounded by nature in a quiet neighborhood, the house offers modern comfort in a peaceful setting. Renovated in autumn 2025, it features high-quality furnishings, a modern kitchen, and a private sauna. Canoe and SUP rentals, nearby hiking trails, swimming, fishing, and even winter cold-water dips make it a perfect base for both relaxation and active outdoor stays year-round.

Guests can use the entire house with sauna, terrace and barbecue facilities. Kids can have fun at play area. The price includes 2 hours use of sauna. Possibility to use hot tub if wished. We bring firewood and water. The price of a hot tub starts at €70 per day.

This location offers plenty of freedom and fresh air—so much so that even nature itself comes here to take a vacation!
