La cucina-soggiorno che si affaccia sulla piscina e vista mare. Splendida tettoia attrezzata perbarbecue e dondolo per godersi il fresco e splendidi tramonti, parcheggio privato. Situata in zona tranquilla ed elegante, gode di una vista incantevole su tutto il litorale. In auto si raggiungono in pochi minuti il centro e le spiagge di Marina di Ragusa (15 minuti a piedi). La villa è autonoma e tutti i servizi sono esclusivamente per gli ospiti, compresa la piscina. Giardino, WIFI, aria condizionata e TV . Tre camere da letto e tre bagni. Cucina soggiorno mq 40 con ampie vetrate sulla piscina. Ambienti sanificati prima di ogni soggiorno.
