The Nest is a 45m2 apartment with private access, occupying its own floor in a beautifully renovated former vigneron's home. Straddling the communes of St. Saphorin and Chardonne, the property was completely renovated in 2025. Situated within the vineyards of the Lavaux region, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Nest offers stunning views of Lake Geneva and the Alps. Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or an action-packed adventure, the region has everything for an unforgettable vacation.

Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Bahnhof, nur 2 Gehminuten! 10 Min. bis zum See und der schönen Promenade! Kinderspielplatz gleich um die Ecke!

Unser Studio, komplett aus Holz, umgebaut von jungen Luzerner Architekten, bietet Komfort mit Stil. Die direkt zugängliche, grosse Gartenanlage mit privater Terrasse und einem grossen Gemüsegarten inspiriert und lädt ein zum Entspannen. Die wunderschöne Altstadt ist 15 Min zu Fuss oder mit ÖV erreichbar. Geniessen Sie Ruhe und Natur auf dem Felsen von Fribourg!

Fern ab vom Alltagsstress in einem idyllischen Wohnquartier, an der Küste des Neuenburgersees befindet sich unser Zuhause mit ganz besonderem Zauber. Am plätschernden Brunnen und verborgen im ehemaligen Bauernhaus aus dem Jahre 1878 befindet sich unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Blick direkt in die Scheune, den Brunnen und den Pferdestall. Es stehen drei individuell gestaltete Aufenthaltsbereiche zur Verfügung. Eine Sauna kann nach ebenfalls genutzt werden (10 pro Saunagang).

C’est aussi un point de départ idéal pour découvrir une multitude de trésors de la nature régionale comme le Creux du Van ou les Gorges de l’Areuse

Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!
