Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Ideale per gite fuoriporta nei colli friulani e sloveni per immergersi nel verde e apprezzare la cultura culinaria della zona, oppure per viaggi d'affari per le grandi industrie site a pochi chilometri. Grazie ad una smart TV da 55” con Prime Video, Netflix etc, potrete passare una serata all’insegna dello svago.

Il nostro appartamento è stato ristrutturato a marzo 2024 ed è pronto ad accogliervi. A Tolmezzo da Matte e Ale

L'appartamento è composto da cucina, soggiorno con divano letto, camera matrimoniale, cameretta singola e bagno. L'appartamento è indipendente e dispone di ingresso anch'esso indipendente. In casa non è ammesso fumare e ospitare animali. E' inserito all'interno della casa in cui normalmente abitiamo insieme ad altra famiglia ai piani superiori. Le parti comuni (cortile e scale) sono fruibili ma ad utilizzo non esclusivo ma condiviso.
