The property is located on Lake George, providing you with access to the chain of lakes in the Fairmont Area. After time on the lake, you can enjoy Lincoln Park, just a few steps away. The cabin is also located close to downtown Fairmont, which offers shopping and delicious restaurants, all within walking distance. The cabin was completely renovated in 2023.

Trex deck (20x29) and lighted STAIRS to walkout to dock. 2-stall garage with large front yard that has LOTS of off street parking space! NO PETS-NO SMOKING. To access the lake wake board racks and Bimini tops must be lowered to fit under bridge.

Outdoor space with wood burning firepit, gas grill, and multiple seating areas. Bedroom 1 & 2 each have a queen bed. Optional bedroom 3 has a queen murphy bed that will be set up upon request.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed and bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Just a note, we do not have a TV but do offer free WIFI. **There are quite a few stairs going up to the apartment.
