Welcome to our studio situated on our farm in Collector. The space has a queen size bed and two single trundle beds. The studio is in a rural location and surrounded by beautiful views and farmland. Your bed-sitter sits above a sewing classroom which is accessed by a staircase. There is no WiFi or free to air TV, however there is a good selection of DVD's The bathroom is downstairs with a limited size hot water tank. Rainwater is precious. We are Pet friendly. Our lovely Kelpie dog is Gypy.

Piccolo Casa is a very comfortable retreat close to the CBD. Guests can access the studio by walking down the path (approx 20m) to a side entrance. The studio is nestled in the garden with a small deck to enjoy the outdoors. The studio features a queen bed, smart tv, kitchenette and modern shower room with heated flooring. Piccalo Casa has reverse cycle air conditioning so guests will be comfortable in all seasons. The studio is on the same property as Mala Bela Hisa with shared backyard.

Behind is a bushy escarpment so a perfect base for walking, biking, exploring or to just relax +watch the colours change. We celebrate four seasons & the interior provides comfort no matter the weather! You'll see plenty of Aussie wildlife too. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)
