We are steps away from the most popular beach in NYC in the best location possible. The apartment sits across from the 97th St boardwalk concessions, offering a delicious variety of food, live music, and dancing. More food/bar options, surfboard rental, the A train, and the Ferry are only a short walk away. In the warmer weather, the balcony is perfect for dinner and drinks. I live in the apartment as well and will be here during your stay but work long hours so you won't even notice I am there.

This room is in a beautiful renovated Victorian house. The room is lockable from inside and outside. The prestige bathroom, new kitchen, dinning area and refrigerator are shared. Daily clean 12pm - 2pm. Guests will enjoy easy access to NYC. Buses here go to 42nd St-Time Square metro station in 15 minutes. Onsite driveway parking is offered at a cost $10/night. Please ask me to reserve the onsite parking space. - Laundry if needed is offered at extra cost $10 per load for washing and drying.
