Leiligheten ligger stille å usjenert til men kort vei til alt . 20 kvm terrasse med fantastisk utsikt over Oslofjorden, leiligheten på 90 kvm ligger i 2 etg i enebolig , leiligheten er totaloppusset i 2021. Kort vei til t bane,buss,butikker, badestrand mm. 10 min til Oslo sentrum med bil.. Eier av huset bor i 1 etg, og det er felles inngang,men egen gang. Eier av huset har tilgang til eget loft i etg over leiligheten. Dette betyr at eier bruker felles trappegang. Det er Apple tv i stue å sove.

Det kanskje aller beste er utsikten over hele Oslo, og gratis reservert parkering i kjelleren. Spesielt godt egnet for vennepar og familier (babyutstyr tilgjengelig). 5 minutter å gå til trikk, buss og t-bane som tar deg til sentrum på 7 minutter. 20 minutter å gå til kjernen av Grünerløkka. 30 minutter til sentrum. Flere matbutikker og cafeer rett ved! NB! Ingen fester tillatt, og det skal være husro innen 23.00. Dette blir strengt fulgt opp av nabo, og overtredelser vil bli rapportert.
