Welcome to our bright and charming 50m² one-bedroom apartment, on the 4th floor (stairs only) of a beautiful historic landmark monument building on île Saint-Louis, dating back to 1720. Immerse yourself in the timeless charm of old Paris, with many metro options nearby, you’ll be perfectly placed to explore Paris. Please note that façade renovation work will take place in the living room courtyard (on a different building), during daytime hours. The bedroom faces a separate, quieter courtyard.

Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on two levels in the historical heart of Paris, the ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame, the Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Seven windows, of which two face the Town Hall with the Seine in between, make the place bright. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first harbor of the city.
