Use them for discounts on amenities with fees like lift tickets, lessons, equipment. Lifts are an easy 5 min walk!

This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a smart tv and cable. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a smart tv. The second bedroom has a full and two twins.

The 2nd floor corner unit has been updated with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, boot/glove heater and plenty of space for your gear. Sleeps up to 8 with a king bed, queen bed, 2 XL twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.

This upstairs 1st floor condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering a living area with an open kitchen/dining area and a bright living room that includes base board heating. The primary bedroom has an en-suite with a full bath, and there's a second bedroom with an additional ¾ bath with laundry facilities. The views and breezes from deck provides stunning lake views and the property has lake access!

To access: walk across the parking lot to the ski in/out trail which links up with Grammy Jay. Follow the Grammy Jay trail down to the Village Chair Double Lift to access the rest of the trail system. To get back: take the Grammy Jay trail and exit at the "Long Trail" sign to reach the condo.

The pool is open for summer months until Labor Day & reopens in late November for ski season. The Matterhorn restaurant sits at the bottom of the road and is a must experience Aprés spot. You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

The trails are meticulously maintained and appeal to all levels of hikers. The Resort has a world renowned disc golf course overlooking the mountains. Please note- all are welcome to use all resort amenities (including pools, hot tubs, and FunZone) with the purchase of a day pass.
