A modern Greek villa recently renovated by an interior designer, this is one of Kalymnos' few absolute waterfront holiday houses available. A path to the sun-bleached rocks & water from the house, limestone mountains behind the house for the ultimate in privacy. The villa is ideally situated in the climbing belt and is located directly below several climbing sites.

The apartment has it's own parking only for motorbikes and within 20 steps you find yourselves in a spacious terrace overlooking the island of Telendos. 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and a "Krevato" , a traditional Kalymnian wooden lifted double bed, and a sofa sleeps up to 5 people, ideal for families or friend reunions. The kitchen is brand new

"Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.

This property is located at the end of a private road with a hill which can be accessed by foot or car. As the owner I can arrange a taxi on your arrival.
