Situated on a 100 ha bush block less than 10 mins from spectacular Snelling Beach, the unique house takes full advantage of of the surrounding bush, farmland and ocean views. The house is a stylish boutique retreat with little touches of luxury for your comfort and enjoyment. Still Windy is perfect anytime of year for summer holidays, clear autumn days, wild wintry escapes and spring wildflowers.

Ocean View is a stunning air-conditioned self-catering holiday house offering a sweeping panorama of beautiful Vivonne Bay, with the acclaimed beach just a couple of minutes walk away. The décor is modern with a bright & airy ambience. There are two queen bedrooms and a bunkroom with four single beds. The kitchen is equipped with new Miele appliances and includes an espresso machine. Free WiFi and a smart TV with Foxtel are provided along with a Bluetooth music system. Diverse wildlife abounds.

This gorgeous cottage offers the perfect intimate or family getaway. With a bar and luxury bathtub on the deck you will feel free and happy taking in the amazing ocean view. (Bath in summer is subject to water availability). Beaches, cafes, hotel, restaurants, cellar doors and tourist attractions are all within a walk or short drive. Kangaroo Island is as picturesque as it is rugged and I am yet to find a person disappointed with their stay on the island and more importantly, in my cottage.
