Välkommen till vårt vackra nyrenoverade hus på Barsebäcks golfbana. Läget är perfekt för golf då du bor på banan och har många andra golfbanor i närheten. Vill du vandra ligger strövområdet Järavallen precis intill eller om du vill till havet är det också inom promenad avstånd. Barsebäck strandbad ligger bara en liten bit bort. Vill du spela paddel, biljard eller bada i pool finns det på området. Närheten till utflyktsmål i Skåne är många. En perfekt plats för dig som också vill ha upplevelser!

To gode badeværelser, det ene ved poolen. Lokalerne som udlejes i underetagen er på i alt 125 m2 og består af stort køkken/alrum/opholdsstue to soveværelser, skabsgang og stort badeværelse. Desuden er der terrasse både oppe og nede, og fri parkering kan ske såvel oppe som nede i forhold til ejendommen.

Enjoy unique Ljunghusen, known for its heather, large pine trees and beautiful white sand beach, in this charming house with a pool, sauna and large terrace and outdoor dining area. The house offers two bedrooms on the top floor, as well as a separate pool house with two beds. It has an open kitchen and dining area and a lovely sitting room with an open fire. Ljunghusen is a peaceful area yet is close to the restaurants and stores in Skanör and Höllviken, and a 20 min drive from Malmö.

Lägenhet i del av Skånegård. Öppen planlösning med två rum och ett eget stort badrum. Dubbelsäng på bottenplan och tre enkelsängar på sovloftet. Gångavstånd till pågatågsstation. Hundar, katter och hästar finns på gården. Möjlighet att ta med egna husdjur. På gården finns från maj till och med september tillgång till uppvärmd pool, miniskateramp, studsmatta, pingisbord och minibiljardbord (Detta är utrymmen som delas med värdfamiljen). Laddstation till elbil till självkostnadspris.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Här finns stora sociala ytor både inne och ute. Utomhuspool och boulebana i mysig skogsmiljö nära Kämpingestranden. Det finns en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa som rymmer två vuxna, en enkelsäng och en barnsäng. Är man fler än så är det helt okej att ha med sig sovplats själv, det finns gott om utrymme för det. Dock max 8 personer. Städning måste köpas till. Sängkläder och handdukar till pool/dusch/kök ingår inte.

The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.
