A bedroom on first floor with a queen. The huge finished basement has a partitioned queen bedroom, a complete gym and exercise area and sleeper sofa. So there is one king. Two queens and a fold out double, a futon and a couch.

Maine Media College is a mile from the house which is a world renowned school of Photography.
