From this property your view will include the beautiful Pecatonica River as well as the famous Cheese Country Trail. Also, located minutes from downtown Darlington, it is perfectly situated for whatever you choose to do while staying in the area. Thank you for checking out The Bower at Arbor Crest Acres! We would be happy to host you! We are headed into our 6th year hosting and have enjoyed it so much! The farmette is conveniently located 2 miles from town, set off the road, and through the woods. The Bower is just inside the property on the edge of the woods. We invite you to explore the property and enjoy the animals. The west end of the land over looks town and is a great place to watch the sunset and the goats graze.

This house is a historic home that was built in 1833 on land owned by Jamison Hamilton, the founder of Darlington. It is not known if he actually lived in the house,but could be assumed. During your stay you will find bits of history and pictures that have been gathered along the way.It has all the comforts of home. A beautiful four bedroom home that has been completely renovated to reflect the old and new times. This home was on the list to be torn down by the city.

You’ll also have access to Cadiz Springs State Park only 7 miles away and within walking distance of The Vault bar and grill. Don’t forget Hawk’s Mill Winery! Wi-Fi available with two TVs. 1bedroom with adjustable bed and 1bath. One air mattress if needed. Please park on the street.

The old farmhouse is located on a quiet, dead-end road. It sits on top of a picturesque hill surrounded by rolling farmland. The Pecatonica river surrounds the farm on three sides. The farmhouse is the perfect place for quiet time and relaxation. The Farmhouse was built in 1914. It still has the original woodwork, and beautiful hardwood floors. Sit on the porch or sit around the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage.

Yellowstone state park is just a short drive away, offering beautiful hiking trails, fishing, and boating.
