The house has an independent entrace, two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and a large living room with full kitchen. La casa é situata sotto il duomo di Sovana. Cancello con apertura elettronica e possibilità di accesso con auto. Intorno alla casa c'é un giardino con olivi secolari parzialmente recintato. Check in dalle 14:00 alle 18:00, vi aspetterà mia madre in via del duomo 58 presso la mieleria (nostro punto vendita aziendale) per accompagnarvi presso l'abitazione. L'accesso con le vetture é consentito per chi alloggia nel paese. 6km da Pitigliano. 10km dalle terme di Sorano 20kmdalle terme di Saturnia

葡萄园天堂

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

My home will thrill you for the outdoor spaces, the light, the furnishings, the kitchen, the size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. Totale immersione nel verde, tra le colline umbre, ideale per il relax e il contatto con la natura. Poco distante ci sono piccoli borghi come Ficulle e Città della Pieve e la città di Orvieto. L’appartamento dispone di un ampia camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto a due piazze, un bagno con doccia e una cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero e tutte le stoviglie necessarie per apparecchiare e cucinare. Pulizie finali e tutta la biancheria sono compresi nel prezzo.

All'Aquila e l'Ulivo, un antico casale ristrutturato del 1200, troverai non solo tutti i confort necessari per uno splendido soggiorno, ma vivrai anche l'emozione di sentirti libero e immerso nella natura incontaminata della Val D'Orcia. Qui avrai la possibilita' di passeggiare con i due falchi Ayga e Sayen e interagire con le aquile, e perchè non sorseggiare un eccellente aperitivo a bordo piscina. Ti aspettiamo nel nostro mondo, fatto di animali, relax, natura e anche un pizzico di Magia.

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.
