When booking for 3-4 guests ($45 per person per night after 2nd guest), an additional, smaller room with a double bed and full bath is provided (otherwise blocked). Both rooms have unobstructed views of the Mt. Mansfield slopes and our serene riverfront grounds.

Lovingly renovated, this two-story brick house (circa 1848) is located in Old North End of downtown Burlington. It is one of the oldest in the area and has enormous charm and character. A private working horse farm sitting on 90 acres of open pastoral land with mountain views, complete with 2 spring fed swimming ponds, and walking trails.
