Zum Meer sind es nur 200m. Playa Blanca bietet neben wunderschönen Stränden, auch einen Yachthafen, viele Restaurants, einen Aquapark, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie einen Wochenmarkt. Sportler aus der ganzen Welt nutzen die Insel im Winter als Trainingsmöglichkeit wegen ihres dauerhaft milden Klimas.

El bungalow cuenta con una amplia terraza protegida del viento, dos dormitorio y dos baños completos, cocina y un salón-comedor completamente abierto a la terraza, mediante un ventanal de 7 metros de largo. La parcela es de 900, metros cuadrados. Se conservan muchos de los muebles originales de la década de los 60 del siglo pasado, con la intención de conseguir un ambiente original, y único. Las vistas 360º son espectaculares, tanto al mar, al Risco de Famara, como a los llanos del jable.
