Vanha-Seppälä

Vuonna 1965 rakennettu talo (3 huonetta, keittiö, sauna, wc) sijaitsee Suomen Lapissa Kittilän luonnonläheisessä ja rauhallisessa Kaukosen kylässä. Kaukosessa on tunnettu Särestöniemen taidemuseo. Villa Magiassa voi ihailla keramiikkaa, uniikkiasuja, koruja. Kesäkuun alussa Kaukosessa on Hiljaisuus-festivaali. Yllästuntunturin lähellä Lainiolla on Snow Village, lumikylä ja -hotelli. Matkaa kohteesta on Levitunturille 40 km (35 min), Yllästunturille 26 km ja Lumikylä Snow Villageen 20 km.

Vierasmaja kahdelle

Tässä uniikissa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua. Kotimme pihapiirissä sijaitsevassa vierasmajassa yöpyy kaksi aikuista vuodesohvalla. Sijainti hiljaisessa ja viihtyisässä naapurustossa. Lyhyt matka laduille ja rinteisiin. Kylpyhuone kahdella suihkulla ja oma WC. Puulämmitteisen saunan ikkunasta ihailet Ounasvaaraa. Huoneistossa jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin. Ei ruoanlaittomahdollisuutta. Lisämaksusta (100€/päivä) pääset ulkoporeammeen poreisiin, josta voi tarkkailla revontulia.

Mökki sijaitsee 12 km Kemijärven keskustasta. Hirsiaitassa vuoteet kahdelle. Sähköt+lämmitys. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Ei juoksevaa vettä. Isäntäväki huolehtii juomaveden keittiöön. Kaminatakka. Peseytyminen saunassa, käyttövuoroista sovitaan isäntäväen kanssa. Isäntäväki käyttää paikan muita rakennuksia.

Welcome to stay on our local reindeer farm. The ensuite guesthouse is located in our courtyard by the beautiful (Raudanjoki) riverbank. Forrest starts just outside the premises so leave the noise and lights of the city behind and come to enjoy the peace and quiet. Some of our reindeers live by the courtyard, we have winter walking track nearby forest and a perfect location for spotting the northern lights.

On a clear winter evening, you can see the northern lights while sitting on the couch. Or what it would sound like to sit in a hot tub in complete silence. (hot tub is not possible below zero celcius)
