Serendipity House is a large privately owned Villa where the owners reside year round. Various Airbnb options are available, all common spaces are shared between guests & owners. The Ocean View room is located inside the main villa on the lower level. Located on a hill the view is one of the best in the area. The outdoor common areas are very spacious, the infinity pool overlooks the stunning view of the jungle & ocean. On-site the owners have 3 very friendly dogs. 10 min walk to beach.

Jean's Villa is located in a small gated community of just 5 villas. It is 5 min. by car or 30 min. on foot from centre of Las Terrenas. Nearest beach is Bonita - 5 min. by car or 20 min. on foot. If hiring a car a 4 wheel drive is recommended. Can be reached on foot or by Moto taxi. Use of kitchen & communal areas.

La habitación “carpintero” está pintada en un color calido que da un ambiente muy acojedor. Le pintura en el mural de nuestros habitaciones esta hecho de una artista que vive en Las Terrenas. Ese arte muestra los animales que viven aquí en Las Terrenas, pintado en color de oro le da un toque brilloso. La habitación amplia con su balcón coqueto tiene todo para tu estadía corta y larga también es posible: tiene su neverita, una tetera de agua para hervir tu café o té, el café está ofrecido.

Top restaurants are within 50-100m, and a supermarket is just 30m away. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. I speak German, English, and Polish, and I'm happy to assist with tips. Enjoy fast and free WiFi during your stay.
