Romantic Shepherd's Hut, in the grounds of an old Watermill, with wonderful views across the garden towards the river. Located in a historic Lincolnshire village, we are a 1 minute walk to the village pub, serving good food. Woodhall Spa is a 5 minute drive, with a selection of shops and restaurants, plus the unique Kinema in the Woods, Jubilee Park, with outdoor swimming pool, and Golf. There are fishing lakes 1 minute away or you are welcome to fish in our river. We are very Dog Friendly!

Church House Hut is a stunning, luxurious bespoke 18’ shepherd’s hut situated in a unique spot on the borders of Rutland, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. The vista from the front of the self-catering hut offers breath taking countryside views as far as the eye can see. From the back window, you remember that you are situated in a very special garden belonging to an 18th century church. Please note: This property is not suitable for children or infants due to safety and design considerations.

Hut Tanganyika

Anything but ordinary and taking its name from one of Africa's largest lakes, this Hut transports you to an exotic wilderness far away. Scattered with tropical plants and tribal patterns this family sized shepherds hut is as unique as it is enchanting. It sleeps two adults and two children in luxurious king sized beds, has a fully stocked kitchen and private bathroom as well as log burner, hammock, fire pit and tripod grill. This is a truly unique experience of sleeping in a 1920’s Showman’s Wagon and the cosy Travellers Wagon but with modern kitchen and bathroom areas all contained within a set of traditional Lincolnshire farm barns. Our latest accommodation can be hired as a separate holiday space or as an addition to the ‘Peaceful Farmhouse’ close by. Enjoy walks in the tranquil countryside, a visit to the historic market town of Louth or a day by the seaside on one of the many beaches a short drive away.

Set in a rural hamlet near the River Trent with easy access to river walks. The village has an historic church visited by the Pilgrim Fathers. The area has a rich history with Lincoln, Gainsborough and Retford market town a short drive away. Best of all the village has two good pubs within walking distance, serving food and local beers. Little Willow is set at the back of a large garden with views over open countryside. It is fully equipped with shower, compost toilet and kitchenette.

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!
