Welcome to my Apartment! October 2025 we installed electric blinds for the balcony doors and In Summer 2022 we added air conditioning in the master bedroom and replaced the mattress with higher end comfy Viscoelastic model, Pillows too. The big pine tree visible in the balcony has been removed in 2025 now offering full clear views! In Oct-Nov 2020 the apartment received a major upgrade improving the interior design for your convenience.
