Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!

Situado no interior de uma quinta antiga da ilha, com vinha, lagar, adega e capela, a Quinta do Alto está localizada nos arredores da capital Funchal, perto do Jardim Botânico e a moradia é composta por um quarto de dormir com uma cama de casal, um wc, sala comum e kitchenette. No exterior, os hospedes dispõem de uma piscina privada, envolta numa rica flora e variada fruticultura. Top View House é uma casa nova (remodelada em novembro de 2017) com dois quartos de dormir, uma sala, uma cozinha, duas casas de banho e duas varandas. Situada num bairro calmo em plena natureza com vistas exuberantes. Próxima da Levada Nova e de percursos pedonais (Rabaçal, 25 fontes, Lagoas da Dona Beja e do Vento), também a 10 minutos (de carro) de uma praia de areia amarela, Museu de arte contemporânea da Madeira – Mudas, supermercado, restaurantes, padarias, urgências, farmácia.

Our place is a pleasant 12-minute walk from the Reids Palace, a 25-minute from Park Santa Catarina, or 30 minutes from the historic Sé Cathedral for those who enjoy a relaxing pace, or a short 5-minute drive. This light-filled ground-floor apartment, with a huge outdoor area, offers one queen-size bed suite, a bedroom with two twin beds, and an office. You will get two bathrooms: one private (with a shower) and one with a bathtub. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests.

This is an AL (local accommodation) studio, with about 36m2, modern, integrated in a centenary stone house – designated Casa Mãe – with a magnificent view to the Atlantic Ocean. Guests can access a beautiful garden with grass and indigenous/endemic plants as well a small garden with tropical fruits. You will enjoy magnificent sunsets and hear the sounds of nature – birds, frogs and butterflies in some seasons of the year.

- Superb view over the sea - Queen size bed - 5 minutes by foot to minimarket, 10min walking down to Câmara de Lobos (historical fisherman village with nice restaurants, supermarkets etc) -15 min by car to Funchal - 10 min by car to Cabo Girão viewpoint - Can advice guests about the weather and choose hikings in the mountains - I am very happy to give all the support and information to the guests.
