Location and attention to detail is everything. Arrive into a private pretty gated courtyard and enter the refurbished chic cottage style apartment. Steps away is stunning vibrant Torquay Harbour with a wide variety of wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and attractions and a short walk to Meadfoot and Torquay beaches. I offer my guests complimentary parking permits for one car in the surrounding streets, however spaces are limited, toiletries, kitchen basics, linens and super fast broadband.

Lisburne Place - 3卧室豪华度假屋

The property underwent a complete renovation in June 2021 it has brand new bathrooms and kitchen. In fact, everything is brand new. It is now a wonderful 3 bed 2 bathroom luxury holiday rental. The ground floor has an open plan living space with wooden flooring throughout. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining area and seating area with comfortable leather sofas and curved screen TV. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms & family bathroom and a huge master bedroom on the 2nd floor with en-suite.

Upper Cottage, Brixham

Beautiful cottage within 2 mins easy walking distance of harbour, shops, restaurants, buses and boats. Lovely to relax in, this 300 year old cottage has lots of original features but with all the comforts of modern living. Great place for walkers, close to coastal path to Berry Head or Fishcombe cove and you can catch the bus back to the square just a few steps from the cottage. Evenings explore the restaurants and then at the end of the evening its just a few easy steps back to the cottage.

Our little cottage is known as 'the cottage with the little pink kitchen'. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.
