Location is a 5 minute walk to the promenade of St. Julians where one can have a swim or explore the many restaurants and coffee shops. The studio is newly decorated and furnished with modern furniture, shower room, fully equipped kitchen including oven, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. Also available is a washing machine, air-conditioning, 50"TV, fresh linen, towels, soaps and shampoos.

This room is also equipped with modern amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, private bathroom, flat TV, free WiFi access and AC unit.
