Cozy cottage on private Ocala ranch

coronavirus 19 edit: It's always been our policy to clean/sanitize before & after each guest. Also, our county is safer than most of Florida & the USA. We're in a quiet part of Ocala with only a few neighbors within 100s of feet. We're close to the 200 hub, 1.5 mi from a high school, & on a paved road. So, we're not in the middle of nowhere. The apt is private, no one else lives or can rent in the cottage. Our home is abt 100 feet away (far/close enough for added safety & host assistance).

Step back in time & stroll through the scenic streets of historic McIntosh. This 1 bedroom cottage is cozy like home. Say hello to the donkeys, goats, ponies, and the cows. Take a swim in the pool or sit back and relax with a cup of coffee & watch the sand hill cranes. Great fishing in Orange lake bring your boat. Boat ramp and slips less than a mile away. Great for a relaxing get-away to unwind for a short stay or extended stays. Please note the pool is closed from Nov-April.

Detached from the main house w/washer dryer, fenced in patio, 1 parking space, full kitchen. Sorry no pets. Not baby proofed. Gigablast high speed internet. Air-Bnb is separated from the main house but on the same property. Please do not go in the back yard of the main house. Security Cameras records the outside gravel parking space.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private covered porch as you watch our free-range chickens roam the 3.5-acre property. Relax as you read a book in the "sunshine" room on the new queen size bed or enjoy a movie on the cozy couch/futon.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Isolated guest house located on our 28-acre horse farm in Reddick, FL.
