Situated within walking distance of popular walkways, Seal Colony, Charli's Seaside Refreshments, Sea Food BBQ on beach, and the town Lookout, with spectacular views of the sea and snow capped mountains. We must emphasise there are NO KITCHEN cooking facilities, both rooms have a microwave, electric jug, toaster and everything provided to make your own breakfast. We live on the top floor.

My home is 6 min. drive from the centre of Nelson City. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other a super king bed. 1 shower room. You are welcome to come upstairs to sit on the deck with fabulous view over Tasman Bay to the mountains. My street is off state highway 6 into Nelson from Picton ferry / Blenheim. Up a short drive. Nelson has many cafes, restaurants, cool gardens,art galleries, shops. There are excellent cycleways. The Abel Tasman park is 70min drive a must.
