Freshen up in the luxurious slate shower at this snug, stylish abode, then head out for a stroll around the imposing buildings in the city's historic government district. Overlooking a quiet courtyard, this refined blue and white pad creates calm. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and ozonized after every guest. This 20m2 apartment studio has been modernly renovated in a historic tenement building, offers a stylish and comfortably furnished room with an open kitchen and en-suite bathroom. From the large window there is a view of the tenement's patio. Our place is just a 5 minute walk to the Presidential White House (the Belvedere) and the Royal Łazienki Park. So this makes it a quiet and safe neighborhood! The room has a spacious wardrobe, a coffee table and workplace. The apartment has been tastefully designed with great attention to detail. It is a unique place for special guests. ✔The lighting was specifically designed to allow guests to choose from a variety of illumination according to their appropriate mood. It creates that superb moment for working, having an evening drink after a long day or reading that addictive novel of yours in bed. The goal was to blend the art of time into a single space, combining the history “the old”, with modern necessities. You will also find a coffee area with a Nespresso coffeemaker and electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer. You can enjoy cable TV and all necessary English, French, Russian news channels on large flat TV screen. ✔There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower place and a rainshower set, a basin and tasteful bathroom décor. ✔The Kitchenette provides all necessary utensils and equipment. There is an electric stove, electric top, kettle, toaster, microwave oven. ✔The apartment also holds a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. ✔There is a safety deposit box for your personal belongings. ✔It is on the 2nd floor with an elevator, in a very safe area with two entrance gates opened via security codes. There is a public parking in front of the entrance gate. The building is a short walk from the subway and just 1 minute from the tram and bus stop. The neighboring shopping mall has plenty of restaurants and cafes, while the nearby Green Royal Łazienki Park is where Chopin concerts are played. ✔There is a whole lot more to see in the area and everything is in walking distance. You may also choose public communication which is all around. ✔The closest bus stop is 35m, tram station is 60m, taxi point is in front of the main entrance. To the nearest metro station is 800m (12 min on foot). ✔There are bicycle rentals everywhere (closest across the street from the apartment building). There is another great mode of transportation in Warsaw, which is Uber-Taxi or ✔MyTaxi (taxi via App) and Traficar (car rental via App). ✔The electricity and water bill is included in the total rental price. ✔We will gladly assist you in purchase of commuter tickets and bicycle or car rentals.

A perfect place for business travelers, couples, small groups of friends, or theater buffs. You will love the ambiance, light, stylish decor, and peaceful, yet central location. Fast internet (up to 150Mb/s) ideal for online work and Netflix. This charming apartment has lots of character and features two bedrooms with new queen-size beds, a large living room with original fireplace and tufted sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and bathroom with claw-foot tub. There are high ceilings and wooden floors throughout, and a large wardrobe for storage. The decor is chic and whimsical with a theatrical theme, an homage to the historic local theatre that is housed in the courtyard below. A perfect place for business travelers, couples, small groups of friends or theatre buffs. You will love the ambiance, light, stylish decor and peaceful, but central location. I enjoy hosting people from all around the world and have been an Airbnb Superhost for two years at my other Warsaw apartment (‘Apartment Palace of Culture View’ and ‘Charm of Old Warsaw’) I added this property because of its superb location, access to public transport and historic character. If you love theatre and the arts, this is the perfect place for you! Always ready to communicate with the guests. I live in Podkowa Lesna which is about 30 km from Warsaw. I am always on offer and happy to help my guests. My guests can feel free to contact me whenever they need during their stay. I send my mobile number right after I receive a reservation. I'm available on other communication apps too. I'm also ready to arrive to Warsaw if it is required. The apartment is in a building with a small theatre downstairs. Sometimes before a performance it is possible to walk along the red carpet in the courtyard. There is a lot of parking space around the building, especially comfortable along Orla street which is very close. The apartment is located 3 min to the metro station, 4 min to the tram and bus stops. I want my guests' stay in Warsaw to be really exceptional:)
