This beautiful and bright apartment is on the third floor of a Florentine building without an elevator on Via del Corso, in the heart of the old town in an Italian neighbourhood a few steps from the Duomo - Cathedral. Ideally located with all main monuments, squares and museums: the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Santa Croce a short walk away. L'appartamento completamente in parquet è composto da salotto, cucina, bagno, camera matrimoniale e terrazza: può ospitare quattro persone grazie al divano letto posizionato in salotto. The apartment has beautiful wooden floors through out, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom and terrace, and can comfortably sleep four people with a sofa bed in the living room. La zona giorno molto luminosa grazie alla grande finestra è composta da un comodo divano letto, tavolo in legno con quattro sedie e comodini, mentre l'adiacente cucina è dotata di tavolo da pranzo per quattro persone, oltre che di tutto il necessario per cucinare i vostri piatti preferiti anche in vacanza. The living area is very bright with large windows and occupies a comfortable sofa bed, wooden table for four, as well as an adjacent kitchen with a dining table for four people, with everything you need to cook your favorite dishes whilst on vacation. Proseguendo per il corridoio troviamo il bagno con pavimento in cotto che dispone di due lavandini, bidet e cabina doccia. Continuing along the corridor there is a bathroom with tiled floor which accommodates two sinks, a toilet, bidet and shower. The bedroom is bright with glass doors leading to the terrace. It is furnished with a large double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, bookcase, mirror and desk. La camera da letto è luminosissima grazie alla porta finestra, ed è dotata di un grande letto matrimoniale, comodini, armadio, libreria, specchio e scrivania. Dalla porta finestra della camera da letto accediamo alla bellissima terrazza esterna, che offre agli occhi uno spettacolo mozzafiato: un panorama sui tetti di Firenze e una visuale perfetta del Duomo. La terrazza è attrezzata con tavolino e sedie per rilassarvi e godervi la bellezza della città anche da casa ad ogni orario. From the bedroom window/door you can access a fantastic outdoor terrace, which offers a breathtaking panorama of the rooftops of Florence, and a glorious view of the Cathedral. The terrace has a table and chairs so take a break, sip on a glass of wine at the end of the day and watch the city transform as the day ends. This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. IN CASE OF THEFT OR SEVERE DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE YOU WILL BE REQUESTED TO PAY THE VALUE OF THE BIKE OF 160€. Thank you WALKING: the city center is at only 15 mins walking. BY BUS: a few steps away from the building there are buses to the city center and the station.

The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.
