Excellent location in trendy Shorewood with tons of amenities. 5 minutes from the beach, just steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Walgreens, and a massive grocery store! Small kitchen fully stocked.

This bright and roomy 2 bedroom unit is the lower level of a 1900 Victorian duplex in the heart of Milwaukee was renovated 3 years ago. Situated on the edge of downtown, overlooking the river and downtown skyline you’ll have easy walking access to all the best neighborhoods. With 9 foot ceilings and a big fenced in yard with basketball hoop and patio furniture you'll be very comfortable staying with us. We are not a corporation, just a nice couple sharing our place. In the winters you could cozy up to a nice fire upstairs and relax with a glass of wine. Downstairs is a second fireplace you have going and play a game of pool. In The summer you can enjoy the three seasons room, with looking a cup of coffee and look at the planted flower garden. Close to the Wauwatosa village down town. Even closer to Elm Grove Village.
