My accommodation is near Ragusa, Roccazzo district, in the territory of Chiaramonte Gulfi. Aeroporti closest Comiso 5 Km, 90 Km Catania, the city center is closest Ragusa(20 Km) , Chiaramonte Gulfi 10 km, the beaches are about 25 Km, art and culture: Villa Zottopera is at the center of the Patrimony UNESCO: Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Caltagirone, etc ... My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), large groups and friends hairy (pets)

Ci piace accogliere gli ospiti nella nostra casa, composta di quattro camere con bagno privato, farli sentire a proprio agio, condividere con loro parte della nostra vita e delle nostre storie. Ascoltare i racconti di chi ci viene a trovare e creare relazioni. Per questo la nostra casa è semplice e autentica e fa sognare.

Il loft si trova sul lungomare di Avola in una delle zone più apprezzate della città. L'autostrada dista solo 1 km e vi permetterà di raggiungere le principali mete turistiche (Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa, Scicli e Marzamemi) in poco tempo. Una piccola palestra, le bici ed i kayak daranno un tocco dinamico alla vostra vacanza.

The ASSO DI SPADE room is about 25 square meters, consists of a small corridor overlooked by the private bathroom and the actual bedroom with double bed, is equipped with independent heating and not with air conditioning since the stone structure allows to maintain an ideal temperature even on the hottest days.
