There is a cute balcony where you can relax as well. 10 min walk to one of the main train station (Porta Susa), 5 min walk to some great shops, restaurants and locals for aperitivo. Parking (to pay) is available on street level or free parking far 600 mt from the loft. Parties in loft are not admitted.

Tipica casa Walser del 1600. Appartamento totalmente ristrutturato, composto da cucina abitabile, bagno con doccia, camera con letto in cirmolo e armadio aperto. Circonda la casa una piccola lobbia dove è possibile rilassarsi e pranzare. Possibilità di ricovero al chiuso di bici e sci. La frazione poggia sulla costa della montagna ed è ben esposta al sole. Le vie strette, le case intatte ne fanno una delle frazioni più affascinanti di Alagna. Non indicato a chi è più alto di 180 cm.

Accesso diretto al fiume, spiaggetta privata e darsene sono le sue caratteristiche principali. All'interno del Parco del Ticino è punto di partenza alla scoperta del Lago Maggiore, del Lago d'Orta, delle Valli d'Ossola e Formazza. L'aeroporto di Milano Malpensa è raggiungibile in 20 minuti e Milano in poco più di mezzora.
