Dimora d'epoca di 70 mq. nel centro storico di Polignano a mare con balconcino vista mare, gli ambienti sono semplici, ma ricercati, il bianco protagonista richiama le atmosfere Mediterranee. Per valorizzare gli ambienti in questa antica dimora d'epoca del 700, abbiamo preferito i materiali tipici del nostro territorio, le pareti e le volte sono realizzate con gli intonaci naturali, i pavimenti e i rivestiti del bagno il protagonista è il cocciopesto, la terrazza vista mare e centro storico.

Una suite nel cuore del centro storico con le volte a botte e pavimento d’epoca. Finemente ristrutturata nel rispetto della sua essenza, senza trascurare i comfort per rendere unico il vostro soggiorno. Le scale che conducono alla Suite e poi al terrazzo sono quelle tipiche del centro storico! Un po’ ripide alla vista, ma dotate di idonea illuminazione e doppio passamano!

Il mio alloggio è un monolocale indipendente, molto luminoso, situato accanto alla casa in cui vivo con mio marito ed un gatto, si trova in un palazzo di fine 800, ubicato nel cuore pulsante del borgo antico, è stato ristrutturato di recente , conservando il bellissimo pavimento in cementine decorate, una caratteristica delle case d'epoca della nostra zona;
