Situé dans le quartier Ville-Marie, il est à 3 minutes du métro (10 minutes du centre-ville), des espaces verts (Parc Maisonneuve et Lafontaine), du parc Olympique et des quartiers vivants de la metropole. Cuisine équipée d’un micro-onde et réfrigérateur, douche, téléviseur et plus. Parfait pour les séjours de courte ou moyenne durée. The perfect get away Spot! Tastefully Decorated, elegant, spacious & extremely well located, this fully renovated ultra luxury loft in in the middle of all the action old Montreal has to offer. This 2600 square foot loft features 2 queen beds in closed room, plenty of pillow top auto inflatable mattresses for extra guests, 2 full bathrooms with a powder room. Checking-in is very easy with door codes to get in and out of the building! There’s a parking lot adjacent to the building at 20-25$/day.

Ce logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires. Ne convient pas aux fêtes, ni aux réunions d'amis.

Close to the region's attractions, such as the apples, Mont St-Hilaire, Manoir Rouville Campbell and only 30 minutes from Montreal. You will appreciate my accommodation for the ambience, the outdoor space, the lighting and the comfortable bed. My accommodation is perfect for couples, single travelers and business travelers.

It is equipped with a wall-mounted heat pump, induction cooktop, small oven, microwave, refrigerator, underfloor heating, humidity detector, oil heater, Smart TV (Bell TV). The bed is not double, it is queen. Washer and dryer are shared. Several shops within walking distance.

Mon petit studio douillet est situé en montagne, au milieu d’un jardin fleuri, avec accès à un lac, des sentiers pédestres et une piste cyclable. L’hiver, vous êtes tout près des pentes de ski et d’une patinoire. ATTENTION : La maison est en montagne et il y a un escalier de pierres à monter pour y accéder.

Enjoy Montreal's most vibrant neighbourhood with your group. You will be at a walking distance to the finest restaurants and nightlife. That being said, you must expect noise during evenings and nights inside the loft as the clubs and bars are all around! Any guest or visitor must be declared and included in the reservation. If we monitor any extra guest or visitor, you will be charge 50$ per person for the length of your stay.
