It is Wifi-ready, gated 3-level home with a 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, a bathroom equipped with hot and cold shower and a fully functional water tank, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a spacious living room and a carport. Appliance and hot and cold water dispenser with purified drinking water is provided for free. This home is a family friendly and a non-smoking and non-drinking home.

Our prime subdivision and Guillermo residence is located near Bukidnon Forestry Inc. where footprints of forestry are at sight, green trees and mountain views, and a cool breeze of fresh air in the heart of Malaybalay City. Our home is a 400-meter walk from the highway and very close to the city's night light district suburb... YS, Casanova, and Brick Time. Our unit generally hosts one to three persons, up to four persons.

We provide the basic things that you need. It has a kitchen with tools you can use for cooking, 4 seater dinning table but can extend up to 6 seater, 2 bed rooms (one is with bunk bed and the other one is with queen size bed), h ot and cold shower is also available. Living room where you can enjoy watching with 55-inch Television. Unlimited internet broadband is also provided. It has an easy acces to city proper. The place is private subdivision where a 24/7 guard is on duty.
