El departamento ha sido reformado en mayo 2016, esto incluye pisos nuevos, colchón nuevo de alta calidad así como ropa blanca. En diciembre 2016 se colocó una cocina nueva, eléctrica. Me encuentro disponible en el celular para cualquier solicitud, consulta o recomendaciones sobre la ciudad de Buenos Aires o sobre el departamento. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a: muy luminoso, gran balcón terraza de 30 m2, dos toldos corredizos, una cocina amplia con doble acceso, desayunador y escritorio, un living comedor en forma de "ele" con sofá esquinero para recostarse y ver TV, yacuzzi en el baño. El barrio muy tradicional con bares y restaurantes de buena comida, cercano a varias líneas de colectivos y subte.

La habitación cuenta con dos camas o una matrimonial segun lo desees. Baño con ducha. Desde el living accedes a un lindo balcón con una de las mejores vistas de Buenos Aires. Tiene aire acondicionado en estar.
