Boasting 200' of private frontage, this cottage sleeps up to 5, with at home amenities, as well as outdoor activities including kayaks, paddle boat, fishing poles and yard games. Nestled in a quiet cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has 66' of shoreline with private beach; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and a stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. During the warmer weather months (May-October), guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and private dock on the property. Swan Cottage is very dog-loving & dog-welcoming home. The yard is not fenced, but we do provide ground stakes & cable ties.

The Hillside Cottage is a curated space to reset, reflect, and unwind. A place to spend your days strolling the beach, fishing along the pier, sipping craft beer, or enjoying a meal at one of the many great local restaurants. Located just blocks off the water, our 1920s era cottage is nestled within the historic Lakeside neighborhood of Muskegon. A quick walk to grab ice cream, and just a bit further to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

Our cozy, yet spacious cottage has everything for a relaxing getaway - lots of individual areas to retreat to and loads of lounging/seating space for groups to connect inside and out. There are board games, three large TVs with Netflix and cable, a firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Outdoor activities nearby: mountain biking, road biking, running on paved paths directly in front of the house, hiking and more!. This house is 3k sq ft (we host a 4k sq ft. space nearby, "Haven Woods").

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.
