Centrally located, this Stunning Family Getaway has been fully fitted out with everything you need during your Nelson holiday!
The master bedroom is completely self-contained to provide a feeling of retreat for the adults after a busy day exploring. The lounge-dining area is open plan to feel like the hub of the house. An outdoor dining area has been created on the back deck to make the most of the Nelson sunshine during the day, and to enjoy by fairy-light after dark.
There's plenty of off-road parking in addition to the backyard, which has plenty of space for families and friends to spread their wings or kick a ball around. There's also the added bonus of three local schools a few hundred metres away should the children (or adults!) want to shoot some hoops or have a hit of tennis.
We've supplied some wet weather activities for amusing the kids, along with a selection of books, puzzles, board games and balls to help keep them entertained while you relax and indulge during your stay.
The house is a 4 bedroom home which has been fully renovated for the sole purpose of hosting guests thru AirBnB. Located on Sutton Street, it is less than 5 minutes drive to the local town of Richmond. Nelson city itself is just a 12 minute drive away, with the well-known Tahunanui Beach and picturesque Rocks Road enroute. Our town provides wonderful artisans, cafes, restaurants, and views. Walks on the beach, through the bush and internationally renowned Abel Tasman, and abundant mountain biking tracks are all within easy access.
We have both lived in Nelson all our lives so if it's a walking track, a winery visit, a local day trip, a specific dining experience or just general local knowledge or the region, we're your people! Any help with information happily shared, though also happy to leave you to your private time.
Richmond Mall is within easy walking distance of here, and offers everything from clothing and jewellery boutiques to supermarkets and a food court, plus a nearby Kmart. Go biking in Richmond's Silvan Forest, just 3 kilometres away.
There is a bus stop about 7-8 minutes away at Salisbury Dairy. A local bus timetable is available at the house.
