The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Stay on the beach in San Jose del Cabo! Within steps of the sand, our newly renovated surf condo located within in the property called "Las Olas" overlooks the sparkling Sea of Cortez. PLEASE MESSAGE ME before booking stays between August 1st-October 15th. This is the annual period of time every year when our HOA allows remodels & repairs to the condos on our property. There could be potential for some noise Mon-Fri during normal business hours. No work will be done in our condo.

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

A un paso de la carretera transpeninsular la cual es la carretera que te lleva al aeropuerto o a Cabo San Lucas, sobre calle principal comercial Manuel Doblado, caminando a 10 minutos de la Mision de San Jose del Cabo. Ideal para parejas con un hijo, cama king en donde caben 3 personas, ademas de un sofa en donde puede caber una persona mas.
