We are a small hobby farm in Spallumcheen (north of Vernon), BC with a beautiful view of Swan Lake. We are located in the North Okanagan just 10 minutes from Vernon and 15 from Armstrong. Our acreage neighbourhood is peaceful and pastural. You will awake to beautiful views, two goats, and a slower pace of life in the beautiful North Okanaga

# 3 Quail’s Nest is a 155 sq.ft. guest room which can be changed from a king to XL Twin beds. The beds are made up with Eden Textiles and have USB ports on each side. This guest room has a private Toilet/Sink + Shared Shower with #2 Room. There is a mini fridge, fan, robes and toiletries are supplied. Breakfast is served upstairs in the dining room from 7:30 to 9:00 am or take your breakfast tray to any of the many sitting areas inside or out.

We are a fully licensed B&B since 1996.
