Located in the world-famous Greater World Earthship Community, this modern off-grid home is one of a kind! Built by hand over 8 years by me, your host, Kirsten. This sustainable house is bright, light, and airy with clean lines and unique details. Like all Earthships this house is built from natural and repurposed materials such as used automobile tires, cardboard, old cans and bottles. All electricity for the house is from solar. Luscious Adobe Studio in Gorgeous Abiquiu!

El Studio is a 300+ square foot studio in an exquisitely converted adobe outbuilding. It shares a scenic 10-acre property with the main house (Casa Tocaya) and the guest house (La Biblioteca). Surrounded by a stone wall for privacy, it's close enough to the main house to serve as an extra bedroom and far enough away across the driveway that no one feels crowded. **Now with a brand new Mini-split AC & Heater installed!**

The Pecos River Cliff House, It is Magical!

Starting in the summer of 2016, The Famous Pecos River Cliff House will be available to travelers. The home has been a private residence for the last 12 years. We are now opening it up to the public and would love to share this hidden treasure with you The Cliff House is like nothing you have ever seen before. This custom adobe towers 50 feet over the Pecos River with breathtaking views of the river, dam, and canyon.
