The first floor has 4 bedrooms, and the second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Shops are a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. A cozy restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner is a 1-minute walk away. There is a beautiful pool with a fountain, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a gazebo and parking on site.

The villas seats on historic area, with the Old Fort being part and parcel of the development, less than 10 meters away from the sandy beach overlooking the turtle-sanctuary island of Tumbatu. The villa is private, with a private pool and private entry.

No food and drinks allowed in the room except if kept in the mini fridge provided.

The room is being cleaned once per week for longer stays. And there is a washing machine free to use if needed. It's 20-25 minutes walking to Nungwi or Kendwa beach, or 5 minutes with a car or tuktuk. We help you to arrange transport if needed 😊
