Skyridge Highland

IMPORTANT (175-meter hike / Altitude 2100m / 84% oxygen) At Skyridge Cabins, we’re committed to your satisfaction—if you’re not completely happy with your stay, we’ll refund your booking in full. Skyridge Cabins are located 5.1 km from town, the same as Redwood Cabins (10 minutes total). To reach the highest cabin in Sri Lanka, there’s a 176m hike. Don’t worry, we handle your luggage to make it easy. Note: Maps may show the wrong route. Contact us on your booking day, and we’ll guide you.

We built this space for nature lovers to enjoy waking up to calls of birds, sight of great mountains and a misty river in the horizon. It is large & airy, on a peaceful mountain with good road access, located a 10min walk from the main rd. to Ella. We are also a stones throw away from the city of Kandy, Uni. of Peradeniya, waterfalls & many adventure sites. Your hosts are a former Professor and his son who is into IT.

The total floor area of the villa is 4000 sq. ft. and is an ideal getaway for families and friends.

Stonyhurst accommodates upto 8 (no kids below 10 please unless by prior arrangement). The rate shown is for 2 guests, add US$75 per additional guest per night (+ Airbnb fees) A booking secures the entire house with 6 bedrooms. It is given out selectively, being a cherished family holiday home and is one of the nicest place to stay in the area. Fast Wi-Fi is included so Stonyhurst is ideal for remote working.

Lakmi Mountain View Villa in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka, offers a cozy retreat surrounded by nature. The villa features four bedrooms, a living room, and a flat-screen TV. You’ll find an equipped kitchen with a dining area and bathrooms with both a bidet and a shower. Guests can unwind in the garden or fire up the barbecue. We renovated our house recently (2024). 5-10 minutes from the Nuwara Eliya town.
