La Casa del Suizo esta ubicando frente al oceano, dentro del condominio de lujo "Vista al oceano". Este condominio esta privado, con accesos controlados. Cuenta con una plaza de juego, una rampa de Skate Board, y un pumptrack de Bici. La casa, sencilla, esta pensado para gozar del mar, y de sus vista privilegiadas. Es la casa que tiene la vista mas directa hacia el mar. Su arquitectura vanguardista es tipica de la zona, y es firmada Felipe Wedeles, arquitecto estrella de Matanzas.

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.
