Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Have Fun!!

Large deck with a view. Just a block from Paige Meadows, access to Tahoe Rim & Pacific Crest Trail, a nature lover’s dream. Equipped with a queen bed and comfy couch there is plenty of room to relax after a big day in Tahoe. During the summer enjoy meals or relaxing outside on your private deck with shade garden. During the winter you can cross country ski behind the house (conditions permitting). Only 8 miles from (Palisades) Alpine and Squaw.

Walk to town and Après at the best restaurants in Tahoe! This Cabin is 368 square feet. It has a gas fire place on a thermostat that keeps it nice and warm in the winter months. Snow removal is included. There is a new gas range/oven and all the cooking utensils you’ll need! We also have a new refrigerator!

Ski @ Homewood, Squaw or Alpine—the shuttles are nearby. A beach is at the bottom of the hill, & many popular restaurants & bars are nearby. We have hi speed wifi & a TV downstairs.
