Just 3 km from Port Barton (a short walk, motorbike ride, or a 10-minute boat trip), you’re close to everything but far from the noise. Here, the only sounds are the waves, a few fellow beach lovers, and the occasional distant hum of a passing boat.

The property is situated in a 10,000 sq meter property with majestic view of the mountains and lush greenery. The Studio-type Villa is 7km away from Puerto Princesa International Airport and it is 20-30mins travel by car or taxi. It has a 50 square meter swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests. The Baker's Hill Palawan, Mitra's Ranch, Hernandez Mansion, and Panja Resort is 5-15mins by foot.

SUNRISE VILLA features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is furnished with one large bed and one single bed, providing a cozy and flexible sleeping arrangement for both adults and children. Please note: The base rate does not include our essential service package, which is highly recommended due to our remote, nature-surrounded location, approximately one hour by boat from El Nido.
